Accounts

Customers are responsible for authorised account access and accurate configuration information.

Acceptable use

Users must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam, surveillance or high-risk purposes outside approved workflows.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business knowledge, review caller notices and configure human escalation where needed.

AI limitations

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be limited to approved workflows with appropriate human review.

Fees

Pricing and payment terms must be supplied through approved commercial documents. No public prices are stated by this template.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing rights. Customer content remains subject to the customer agreement.

Confidentiality

Confidential information should be protected according to the final customer agreement.

Data

Data processing terms must align with the final Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Third-party services

Telephony, AI, calendar, CRM, hosting and notification providers may affect availability and workflow behavior.

Disclaimers

Final warranty disclaimers require legal review and should not remove statutory rights that cannot be waived.
